2011 innovation: Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R

Kawasaki has been teasing the supersport motorcycle fans with this design sketch for quite some time now. The ZX-10R was promised to be an amazing bike with great power-to-weight ratio for those who crave insane speed and acceleration. And guess what, Kawasaki stood up to their promises!

Now that the motorcycle is officialy released, we can finally see if Kawasaki retained the awesomness of their sketches into the real bike. And I have to say, I am not a big fan of the liter superbikes, but doesn't this one just look stunning?

Don't think this has anything to do with the old ZX-10R. It is completely changed. Now this ninja is higher revving, more powerful, durable and lighter. Tests have shown that it passes the 200hp mark. Despite the huge power, its weight is kept down to 198 kg (436.5 lbs). The bike is standart equipped with a S-KTRC traction control, monitoring your 2 tires every 5ms.
